The project's overall aim is to help the Vocational Employment Training (VET) trainers, counsellors, managers, line managers and also policy makers facilitate active participation of People With Disabilities (PWD) in the open primary labour market focusing on lifelong learning opportunities, training and their integration in inclusive employment. PWD will gain confidence and independence, both in financial and personal sense, and exercise equal rights.
